Rockingham
Race Report by Paula Hamilton
This might surprise everyone but I am not going to write a
full Race Report this month on the two rounds held at Rockingham over the weekend 21st/22nd June.
There are very good reasons for this which I will explain in due course via a
Team Press Release.
The weekend was not a good one for the Harris family because Team Owner Jeff
Harris fell off the ladder helping to erect the team's awning, dislocated his
elbow, broke bones in his arm and cracked some ribs. However he was still in
attendance the whole weekend after coming out of hospital Saturday morning. A
brave man. With regards James Harris - watch this space as they say. Nothing
keeps the Harris family down for long.
However I will congratulate our Championship Class driver Tony Rodgers for a
superb weekend's racing which now sees him lying 4th overall in the
championship. A podium 2nd place in Sunday's Round 10 was thoroughly deserved.
Tony is a class act and I am sure that he can fight for the Championship this
year.
The team is eagerly looking forward to Croft in three week's time over the
weekend July 12th/13th.
